How do I pay?

Cash on delivery only. You receive your order, then you pay. Nothing is asked of you in advance.

How long is delivery?

Your order arrives within 36 hours to 5 days at most. Delivery is only $4 anywhere in Lebanon, paid with your order on delivery. We confirm the delivery time on WhatsApp.

Can I exchange a product?

No, products cannot be exchanged after purchase, including for a different colour. That is why we share the details and available colours on WhatsApp before confirming your order. The only exception is a manufacturing defect, which is covered by the warranty.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Wallets are covered against manufacturing defects. If yours arrives defective, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving it and we will replace it with a sound piece of the same model, or refund you if it is unavailable. The warranty does not cover misuse or damage caused by it.

Is the leather genuine?

Yes, all our wallets are 100% genuine leather.

How do I order?

Pick your wallet and its colour, add it to the cart, then check out and choose “Cash on delivery”. Or tap “Order on WhatsApp” under any wallet. We confirm your order and arrange delivery.

Is the colour in the photo the same on delivery?

We show colours as closely as possible, and they may look slightly different on your screen. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will send you a real photo of the piece before you confirm.
