Welcome to LORÉ. These terms govern your use of our website and any order you place with us, whether on the website or via WhatsApp. By using the website or completing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

LORÉ is a Lebanese brand of leather wallets and accessories. We hand-pick every piece and deliver to customers across Lebanon. Our online store runs on Shopify.

2. Products, photos and colours

We make every effort for photos and descriptions to reflect the real product, but colour shades may vary slightly depending on lighting and your screen settings.
Genuine leather is a natural material, so texture, grain and shade may differ slightly from piece to piece. This is part of its character, not a defect.
Products marked “Coming soon” are not yet available to buy. You can reserve them via WhatsApp, and we will confirm the price and date before they arrive.
Before confirming any order, we send you photos of the available colours and details via WhatsApp, so you choose with full knowledge.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
We may change prices or offers at any time without notice; changes never apply to an order already confirmed.
If an obvious pricing or description error occurs, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel the order at no cost.
Discount codes are valid only within their stated terms and dates, cannot be combined on one order, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Orders and confirmation

Your order is confirmed once we contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm the details and address.
We may decline or cancel an order if stock runs out, if we cannot reach you, or if an order appears not to be genuine, and we will inform you directly.
Please make sure your name, phone number and address are correct; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

5. Payment

Cash on delivery only. You receive your order, then pay for the product plus the delivery fee in cash to the courier. We never ask for any payment in advance.

6. Delivery

We deliver to all areas of Lebanon for a flat fee of $4 per order.
Delivery takes 36 hours to 5 business days at most, and we confirm the date with you via WhatsApp.
Delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond our control (weather, roads, general conditions); we will keep you informed.
If a confirmed order is refused without an acceptable reason, we may decline future orders from the same number.

7. Warranty and exchanges

All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
If your product arrives defective, send us a clear photo via WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery and we will replace it with a sound piece of the same model, or refund you in full if it is unavailable.
Apart from manufacturing defects, products cannot be exchanged or changed to another colour after delivery, which is why we confirm the colour and details with you before shipping.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, exposure to water or heat, or normal wear over time.

8. Intellectual property

The LORÉ name, logo and all photos, designs and texts on this website and our social media accounts belong to LORÉ and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

9. Use of the website

You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only and not to do anything that could harm the website or our customers, including attempting unauthorised access or placing fake orders.

10. Privacy

We use your information only to fulfil your order and contact you, and we never sell it. Full details are in our Privacy policy.

11. Limitation of liability

Our liability is in all cases limited to the price you paid for the product, and we are not responsible for any indirect damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.
